In the beginning of April, 2020 a select group of our colonies became permanent residents of Melbourne Beach, FL. The bees will be living beside the Old Melbourne Beach Town Hall just south of Gemini Elementary.

Depending on the blooms we harvest honey from the spring, summer, fall and winter (and a very small batch of early spring honey that boasts hints of passion fruit). The 2022 season was altered with a very late season hurricane that sent the blooms in a tizzy. We missed our winter honey and as we are getting into the 2023 season we are still seeing the effects of mother nature on the honey.
