Unlike our Seasonal Honey our Beachside Honey comes from bees that live year round in Melbourne Beach, FL. These bees forage on nectar sources between shoreline of the Indian River Lagoon and the sand dunes of the Atlantic Ocean.

 

We harvest this honey with the seasons and typically produce a Spring, Summer and Fall with the occasional Early Spring and Winter. This honey tends to have a richer, almost buttery flavor profile thanks to the sea grapes that bloom along the sand dunes.
